自動灌膠機的操作守則！
一、自動灌膠機開機流程
I. Start-up process of automatic glue filling machine
1、檢查灌膠區(qū)，如有雜物、工具等，必需清算潔凈；
1. Check the glue-filling area. If there are any sundries and tools, it must be cleaned up.
2、檢查緊縮空氣能否在正常范圍，電源能否滿足請求；
2. Check whether the compressed air can be in the normal range and whether the power supply can meet the requirements.
3、鑰匙開關(guān)右轉(zhuǎn)，給機器通電；

4、裝混合管前測試雙液閥動作能否正常，出膠量能否精確，灌膠的產(chǎn)品或膠水與上一次的不同，要停止配比調(diào)試；

5、裝混合管后測試動態(tài)攪拌能否正常，同時吐出AB膠，確認混合管充溢且沒有氣泡；

6、擺放產(chǎn)品，編輯程序或起點位置，在關(guān)膠狀態(tài)，考證三軸的運轉(zhuǎn)途徑能否滿足請求；

7、按主畫面的“關(guān)膠”鍵，使其顯現(xiàn)“開膠”，按綠色啟動按鈕，停止消費， 需求暫停，按綠色按鈕，緊急狀況，按急停按鈕。

二、關(guān)機流程

1、假如開啟了循環(huán)功用，一個產(chǎn)品灌膠時，關(guān)閉循環(huán)功用；

2、有自動清洗功用的，運轉(zhuǎn)自動清洗。無自動清洗功用的，拆下混合管，同時出AB膠3-5秒，用碎布擦拭潔凈雙液閥閥頭；3、關(guān)閉電源，清算機臺，清洗混合管等。

三、短時停機

1、假如開啟了循環(huán)功用，一個產(chǎn)品灌膠時，關(guān)閉循環(huán)功用；

2、開啟自動排膠功用，留意自動排膠時間，要在膠水變稠前排膠。

四、真空灌膠機灌膠過程中留意事項
IV. Notices in the Process of Vacuum Filling Machine Filling
1、在套上“混合管”之前，進入“配膠畫面”，檢測AB膠的出膠能否順暢，出膠量能否精確；
1. Before putting on the "mixing pipe", enter the "glue matching screen" to check whether the glue of AB glue is smooth and the glue quantity is accurate.
2、檢查“混合管、螺旋葉片、針頭、針嘴”能否潔凈，有無異物梗塞；

3、在產(chǎn)品灌膠前應(yīng)把5秒AB混合膠的出膠量記載好，在產(chǎn)品灌膠過程中約每兩小時檢測一次AB膠重量能否與記載的值分歧，假如變動過大，要馬上停機檢查，否則膠水可能不干；
3. Record the amount of 5 seconds AB mixed glue before product filling. Check whether the weight of AB glue differs from the recorded value every two hours during product filling. If the change is too big, stop the machine immediately to check. Otherwise, the glue may not dry.
4、親密留意AB膠桶的膠量，AB膠桶中在沒有膠水狀況下空動行，會對供膠局部有所損傷；
4. Pay close attention to the amount of glue in AB bucket. If AB bucket moves without glue, it will damage the glue supply part.
5、放置產(chǎn)品到夾具上時，要放在相同的位置上；

6、依據(jù)膠水固化時間，暫時灌膠十五分鐘以上，恢復(fù)灌膠時應(yīng)檢測 AB混合膠吐出重量；

7、依據(jù)膠水固化時間，暫停灌膠約三非常鐘以上，要取下混合管停止清洗。
