點膠機的針頭與膠水使用時應(yīng)該注意啥?
本身就是控制分配膠機吐痰和吐出的設(shè)備,因此使用點膠機勢必影響到電動膠的質(zhì)量問題解決:膠方面的膠水,膠水不能有氣泡,小氣泡會導致大量的焊盤沒有膠水,空現(xiàn)象,可能導致不合格的產(chǎn)品。

膠液的粘度直接影響著膠液的質(zhì)量。粘度較大時,則膠點會變小,甚出現(xiàn)拉絲現(xiàn)象;粘度小,膠點會變大,然后可能會滲透到焊盤上。在上膠過程中,應(yīng)根據(jù)膠水的粘度不同,選擇合理的背壓和上膠速度。

除去膠水對外界環(huán)境的影響,關(guān)于點膠機本身,一般企業(yè)使用的點膠機是使用螺桿泵供應(yīng)點膠針。

因此,需求采用恒壓螺桿泵保證供膠,如果壓力過大,容易造成膠水溢出,膠量過多;壓力過小會出現(xiàn)點膠間歇、漏膠的現(xiàn)象,進而造成缺點。

所以應(yīng)根據(jù)膠水的不同質(zhì)量,點膠機工作環(huán)境的溫度來選擇壓力。較高的環(huán)境溫度會使膠水的粘度變小,流動性更好,這時需要降低背壓以保證膠水的供應(yīng),反之亦然。

在實踐中,我們認為針的內(nèi)徑應(yīng)該是點膠點直徑的1/2,這是更理想的點膠方式。因此,在點膠過程中,應(yīng)根據(jù)PCB上焊盤的大小選擇點膠針,以保證點膠點的質(zhì)量,提高生產(chǎn)功率。

不同的點膠機選用不同的針,有些針有一定程度的停止。校正針與印刷電路板之間的距離,即, z軸高度校準,應(yīng)該在每一個操作的開始,這往往是簡單地忽略。
Different dispensing machines choose different needles, some of which stop to a certain extent. The distance between the calibration pin and the PCB, i.e. z-axis height calibration, should be at the beginning of each operation, which is often simply ignored.
根據(jù)操作經(jīng)驗,焊點的直徑應(yīng)該是焊盤距離的一半,貼片后的接點直徑應(yīng)該是接點直徑的1.5倍。
According to the operation experience, the diameter of the welding spot should be half of the distance between the pads, and the diameter of the contact after mounting should be 1.5 times of the diameter of the contact.
這確保了有足夠的膠水來粘合元素,并防止太多的膠水浸透墊。由螺桿泵的旋轉(zhuǎn)時間多少來確定實踐的長度,應(yīng)根據(jù)室溫、膠的粘度來選擇泵的旋轉(zhuǎn)時間。
