雙組份打膠機(jī)結(jié)構(gòu)原理特點(diǎn)
雙組份打膠機(jī)是生產(chǎn)中空、幕墻玻璃的專用設(shè)備，可一次完成二道密封中A、B組份混合與涂膠。適用配比精度高的膠種，滿足玻璃深加工企業(yè)率、高合格率流水線作業(yè)的生產(chǎn)需求，是大規(guī)模生產(chǎn)高檔中空玻璃及玻璃幕墻產(chǎn)品的一種理想的配套設(shè)備。
The double component glue machine is a special equipment for producing hollow and curtain wall glass. It can complete the mixing and coating of A and B components in two seals at a time. It is suitable for the rubber seed with high proportion and accuracy, which can meet the production demand of high efficiency and high qualified production line for glass deep processing enterprises. It is an ideal supporting equipment for large-scale production of high-grade and high quality insulating glass and glass curtain wall products.
（1）A、B組份各設(shè)一個(gè)膠泵，在各自的氣馬達(dá)驅(qū)動(dòng)下，分別作往復(fù)運(yùn)動(dòng)，將膠吸入并壓出。A、B膠泵分別與壓膠盤固定在一起，再與機(jī)架連接組成各自的系統(tǒng)。

（2）A、B組份的配比是通過比例杠桿進(jìn)行調(diào)節(jié)：向里調(diào)節(jié)，B出膠量減少，向外調(diào)節(jié)，B出膠量增加。通過調(diào)節(jié)比例杠桿來控制B膠的出膠量，從而控制A、B膠的配比。
(2) the ratio of A and B components is regulated by the proportion lever: to adjust to it, the amount of B out of glue is reduced, and the amount of B is increased. By adjusting the ratio lever to control the amount of glue out of B glue, the ratio of A and B glue is controlled.
（3）出膠量：由氣源處理器控制，逆時(shí)針調(diào)節(jié)，出膠量增加，順時(shí)針調(diào)節(jié)出膠量減小。
