氣動(dòng)雙組份打膠機(jī)是目前國內(nèi)外技術(shù)較好的中空玻璃密封膠打膠機(jī)。泵組件a和泵組件B分別由氣動(dòng)系統(tǒng)驅(qū)動(dòng)，采用無觸點(diǎn)電氣控制系統(tǒng)控制。換向方向靈敏可靠。其獨(dú)特的方便可調(diào)配比機(jī)構(gòu)，很大限度保證了雙組份膠的嚴(yán)格配比要求，出膠連續(xù)均勻，上膠效果好，生產(chǎn)效率高。

雙組份打膠機(jī)的操作
Operation of two-component glue applicator
1. 連接氣源:
1. Connect the air source:
接通電源，調(diào)節(jié)減壓閥0.4 ~ 0.6MPa，檢查系統(tǒng)有無漏氣。然后試運(yùn)行以下動(dòng)作:(1)泵舉升(2)a泵充氣(3)B泵舉升(4)B泵充注。注:升降油缸升降時(shí)，若兩個(gè)油缸不同步，請(qǐng)降原點(diǎn)重新操作。
Turn on the power supply, adjust the pressure reducing valve to 0.4 ~ 0.6MPa, and check the system for air leakage. 以A組分為例

1)操作手動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)閥將a泵舉升到較高的氣動(dòng)雙組份點(diǎn)膠機(jī)，觀察舉升過程中管路拉伸是否過緊。
1) Operate the manual rotary valve to lift pump a to a high pneumatic two-component dispensing machine, and observe whether the pipeline is stretched too tightly during the lifting process.
2)將膠桶置于a泵壓板下，打開雙組份膠桶附件，將膠袋從桶內(nèi)翻出，取出膠面塑料片。

3)使泵的壓板緩慢下降。壓力板進(jìn)入筒體時(shí)，應(yīng)與筒體開口對(duì)準(zhǔn)。打開壓板的排氣口，直壓板與橡膠表面接觸。當(dāng)壓板內(nèi)氣體完全排出，排氣口有少量膠水溢出時(shí)，排氣閥可關(guān)閉(升降開關(guān)仍處于下壓狀態(tài))
3) Slowly lower the pressure plate of the pump. When the pressure plate enters the cylinder, it shall be aligned with the opening of the cylinder. Open the exhaust port of the pressing plate until the pressing plate contacts the rubber surface. When the gas in the pressing plate is completely discharged and a small amount of glue overflows from the exhaust port, the exhaust valve can be closed (the lifting switch is still pressed down)
4)開機(jī)試膠:打開主泵氣源開關(guān)，按膠槍開關(guān)，直泵a內(nèi)空氣完全排出，膠口不斷排出。
4) Start up and test glue: turn on the air source switch of the main pump and press the glue gun switch until the air in the pump a is completely discharged and the glue port is continuously discharged.
用同樣的方法操作泵B。

4. 上膠操作:
4. Gluing operation:
1)松開比例桿上比例泵的鎖緊螺桿，將比例泵的內(nèi)外調(diào)節(jié)到所需比例。只有當(dāng)膠水a(chǎn)和膠水B的比例達(dá)到正常值時(shí)，才能進(jìn)行以下操作。
1) Loosen the locking screw of the proportional pump on the proportional rod and adjust the inside and outside of the proportional pump to the required proportion. The following operations can be carried out only when the ratio of glue a and glue B reaches the normal value.
2) a和B泵設(shè)置選擇旋鈕,使噴膠槍的退出與中間縫的兩塊玻璃,打開開關(guān)噴膠槍,把膠槍順利在適當(dāng)?shù)乃俣忍畛涞碾p組分膠玻璃罐。涂膠結(jié)束時(shí)關(guān)閉膠槍。
2) A and B pumps are set with selection knobs to make the exit of the glue spraying gun and the two pieces of glass in the middle seam. Turn on the switch of the glue spraying gun and fill the two-component glue glass tank smoothly at an appropriate speed. Close the glue gun at the end of gluing.
5. 更換膠筒:
5. Replace the rubber cylinder:
1)當(dāng)桶內(nèi)膠水用完時(shí)，應(yīng)立即關(guān)閉a、B開關(guān)，停止輕敲。
1) When the glue in the barrel is used up, turn off the switches a and B immediately and stop tapping.
2)打開a(或b)橡膠泵的充氣開關(guān)，將a(或b)橡膠泵的升降機(jī)構(gòu)選為上升位置，按下旋鈕，使壓力板緩慢升降。此時(shí)要注意的是膠筒盡量不要離開底盤，待壓板與膠筒完全分離后，關(guān)閉a(或b)膠泵的充氣開關(guān)。3)取出空桶，將新的膠桶放在工作位置，重復(fù)第3、4、4項(xiàng)的操作。
2) Turn on the inflation switch of a (or b) rubber pump, select the lifting mechanism of a (or b) rubber pump as the rising position, and press the knob to make the pressure plate rise and fall slowly. At this time, it should be noted that the rubber cylinder should not leave the chassis as far as possible. 1. 膠槍:由于雙組份膠水是由兩種膠水混合而成，其凝固速度與環(huán)境溫度及a、B膠水的配比有關(guān)，混合后的膠水在20分鐘內(nèi)反應(yīng)固化。因此，設(shè)備在正常上膠時(shí)，如果20分鐘內(nèi)未使用，就要把混好的膠洗掉，以免堵塞混膠機(jī)和膠槍。具體操作:關(guān)閉B泵，打開B回膠開關(guān)，再打開膠槍，直到膠條變白為止。
1. Glue gun: since the two-component glue is mixed by two kinds of glue, its setting speed is related to the ambient temperature and the ratio of glue a and B. the mixed glue will react and solidify within 20 minutes. Therefore, when the equipment is normally glued, if it is not used within 20 minutes, the mixed glue shall be washed away to avoid blocking the glue mixer and glue gun. Specific operation: turn off pump B, turn on the glue return switch B, and then turn on the glue gun until the glue strip turns white.
