1、雙組份打膠機(jī)的壓盤上的放氣閥門要堅(jiān)持曉暢，要定時(shí)疏通和清洗。
1. The vent valve on the pressure plate of the two-component sealant dispenser shall be unblocked and cleaned regularly.
2、正常作業(yè)時(shí)不要斷氣源，假如發(fā)現(xiàn)斷氣源應(yīng)中止作業(yè)。
2. Do not cut off the gas source during normal operation. If the gas source is cut off, stop the operation.
3、若涂膠作業(yè)過程中中止時(shí)間超過15分鐘以上時(shí)，必定要用“沖槍”。本機(jī)有報(bào)警功用，屆時(shí)沒有沖膠會(huì)有蜂鳴器報(bào)警。
3. If the stop time exceeds 15 minutes during the gluing operation, the "punching gun" must be used. This machine has alarm function, and there will be buzzer alarm when there is no glue preparation.
4、定時(shí)查看氣源，先應(yīng)確保運(yùn)用經(jīng)枯燥的潔凈壓縮空氣，并定時(shí)排放分離過濾器中的積水，查看油霧器中的油是否夠用。
4. Check the air source regularly. First, make sure to use the dry and clean compressed air, regularly discharge the water in the separation filter, and check whether the oil in the oil atomizer is sufficient.
5、雙組份打膠機(jī)的組份遇空氣會(huì)結(jié)殼，影響泵的正常作業(yè)和管路的暢通，因而，停機(jī)時(shí)B組份膠的一切通道在泄壓后均應(yīng)關(guān)閉，使B組份不得接觸空氣。
5. The components of the two-component sealant dispenser will crust when encountering air, which will affect the normal operation of the pump and the smooth flow of the pipeline. Therefore, all channels of component B sealant shall be closed after pressure relief during shutdown, so that component B shall not contact the air.
6、B膠桶內(nèi)假如要有空氣，空氣將排不出來，B泵將快速往復(fù)運(yùn)動(dòng)，不能向高壓泵內(nèi)正常供膠，影響整個(gè)體系，因而，須將空氣排出來。辦法是：將壓盤提出從新壓入并放氣。
6. If there is air in the rubber barrel B, the air will not be discharged, and the pump B will move back and forth rapidly, so it cannot supply glue to the high-pressure pump normally, affecting the whole system. Therefore, the air must be discharged. The method is: lift the pressure plate and press it in again and bleed.
7、液壓站體系的壓力，不能調(diào)的太高，要根據(jù)室內(nèi)環(huán)境溫度等實(shí)際情況，調(diào)滿意膠嘴正常出膠均勻打膠即可。翻開液壓站時(shí)必定要翻開膠槍，否則B組份管路壓力將升得很高，形成事故。
7. The pressure of the hydraulic station system should not be adjusted too high. It should be adjusted to a satisfactory level according to the actual conditions such as indoor ambient temperature. When opening the hydraulic station, the glue gun must be opened, otherwise the pressure of component B pipeline will rise very high, causing a safety accident.
8、A膠提膠泵連續(xù)作業(yè)1分鐘以上沒有供膠中止，闡明管路內(nèi)有空氣，此刻會(huì)報(bào)警，須翻開泵上管接頭再翻開A膠提膠泵，直到出膠為止，中止并接好接頭，膠槍會(huì)出現(xiàn)有空氣的嗶嗶爆炸聲，空氣排凈就好了。
8. The glue pump A has been operating continuously for more than 1 minute without stopping the glue supply. It indicates that there is air in the pipeline, and an alarm will be given at this moment. You must turn over the pipe connector on the pump and then turn over the glue pump A until the glue is released. Stop and connect the connector. The glue gun will have a beeping explosion sound of air, and the air will be exhausted.
9、由于雙組份打膠機(jī)每次沖刷混合器不會(huì)干凈，每次都有少量的混合膠堆積，越來越多，致使堵塞混合器通道，用一段時(shí)間后，影響出膠量和混合作用，因而要定時(shí)(聚硫膠五天，硅酮膠兩天)清洗混合器。把混合器內(nèi)的混膠棒拆出，如有損壞替換新的混膠棒。若混膠棒拆不出來，可用火燒掉，留意不能損害零件螺紋。
9. As the two-component rubber beater will not clean each time it washes the mixer, a small amount of mixed rubber will accumulate each time, which will block the mixer channel. After a period of time, the rubber output and mixing effect will be affected, so the mixer should be cleaned regularly (five days for polysulfide rubber and two days for silicone rubber). Remove the glue mixing rod in the mixer, and replace it with a new one if it is damaged. If the rubber mixing rod cannot be removed, it can be burned off. Be careful not to damage the thread of the part.
