1.膠水流體內(nèi)產(chǎn)生氣泡：在全自動(dòng)打膠機(jī)使用期間，過大的流體壓力再外部打開點(diǎn)膠閥時(shí)，可能將空氣滲入膠水中，從而產(chǎn)生了氣泡。
1. Bubbles are generated in the glue fluid: during the use of the full-automatic glue dispenser, when the dispensing valve is opened externally under excessive fluid pressure, air may seep into the glue, resulting in bubbles.
2.自動(dòng)打膠機(jī)使用時(shí)出現(xiàn)漏膠：點(diǎn)膠閥在使用完畢后正常關(guān)閉，出現(xiàn)膠水滲漏，這是因?yàn)榕渲玫尼橆^太小，影響液體的流動(dòng)造成背壓。
2. Glue leakage occurs when the automatic glue dispenser is used: the glue dispensing valve is normally closed after use, and glue leakage occurs, because the configured needle is too small, affecting the flow of liquid and causing back pressure.
3.全自動(dòng)打膠機(jī)流速太慢：膠水流速若太慢主要是膠管過窄或者過長(zhǎng)，當(dāng)然還要注意出膠口和氣壓是不是處于正常情況。
3. The flow rate of the full-automatic glue dispenser is too slow: if the glue flow rate is too slow, it is mainly because the rubber hose is too narrow or too long. Of course, pay attention to whether the glue outlet and air pressure are normal.
4.平臺(tái)打膠機(jī)設(shè)備出膠量大小不一致：出膠量大小不一致的情況主要是儲(chǔ)存膠水流體的壓力筒還有機(jī)器配置空氣壓力不穩(wěn)定所產(chǎn)生。
