自動(dòng)點(diǎn)膠機(jī)的工作原理！

1. 工作原理：壓縮空氣送入膠瓶(注射器)，將膠壓進(jìn)和活塞室相連的進(jìn)給管中，在此加熱，溫度受控制，以達(dá)到佳的始終如一的粘性。使用一個(gè)球座結(jié)構(gòu)，膠劑填充由于球從座中縮回留下的空缺。當(dāng)球回來時(shí)，由于加速產(chǎn)生的力量斷開膠劑流，使其從滴膠針嘴噴射出，滴到板上形成膠點(diǎn)。
