二、怎樣調(diào)試臥式中空玻璃半自動打膠機

放在一個平整干凈的平面上，連接電源和氣源，兩者確認(rèn)接通之后就開始進行操作。打開氣泵開關(guān)，電源總開關(guān)，控制臺開關(guān)，在控制臺按手動按鈕，然后在顯示屏上找到原點設(shè)定，點擊輔助原 點設(shè)定，然后點擊頭部原 點設(shè)定，注意原 點設(shè)定時避免頭部和輔助吸盤碰撞。等設(shè)定好然后返回找到玻璃厚度設(shè)定，先是玻璃的厚度然后是鋁隔條然后還是玻璃的厚度，輸入完以后，點擊設(shè)置進入。等命令位置和當(dāng)前位置數(shù)值一致即可，注意設(shè)置時傳送帶上不要有玻璃。然后是混交了，按一桶膠按鈕，按工作選擇按鈕，然后按拍膠啟動，在按伐開，此時膠頭以出膠，等看不見白膠，以混均勻以后按伐關(guān)，在按鏈接生產(chǎn)線，自動，自動運行，此時可以自動打膠。

調(diào)試的注意事項：

1、 在當(dāng)天機器操作完畢后要把膠管內(nèi)的膠沖出，防止硬化；如果長時間不實用要注意用煤油清洗膠管和膠槍。

液壓站系統(tǒng)的壓力，不能調(diào)的太高，要根據(jù)室內(nèi)環(huán)境溫度等實際情況，調(diào)滿足膠嘴正常出膠均勻打膠即可。打開液壓站時一定要打開膠槍，否則B組份管路壓力將升得很高，造成安 全事故。
