雙組份打膠機(jī)使用操作流程
1、接通氣源：
1. Connect the air source:
氣源接通，調(diào)節(jié)減壓閥0.4~0.6Mpa，檢查系統(tǒng)有無漏氣現(xiàn)象。然后試運(yùn)行以下動作：（1）A泵提升；（2）A泵充氣；（3）B泵提升；（4）B泵充氣。注意：提升氣缸提升時(shí)，如果兩氣缸不同步，請下降原點(diǎn)后重新操作。
Connect the air source, adjust the pressure reducing valve to 0.4 ~ 0.6MPa, and check the system for air leakage. Then test run the following actions: (1) a pump lifting（ 2) A pump inflation（ 3) B pump lifting（ 4) Pump B is charged. Note: when lifting the lifting cylinder, if the two cylinders are not synchronized, please lower to the origin and operate again.
2、將A、B組份膠桶就位，并與A、B膠泵的軸線對中。
2. Put the rubber barrel of components a and B in place and align with the axis of rubber pump a and B.
以A組份為例：
Take component A as an example
1)操作手動轉(zhuǎn)閥，將A泵提升，提升過程中觀察各管路有無拉伸過緊處。
1) Operate the manual rotary valve to lift pump a to the highest level, and observe whether the pipelines are stretched too tightly during the lifting process.
2)將膠桶放置在A泵壓膠盤下，開啟膠桶，將其中塑料袋外翻桶外，膠面塑料片取出。
2) Place the rubber barrel under the pressure plate of pump a, open the rubber barrel, turn the plastic bag out of the barrel, and take out the plastic sheet on the rubber surface.
3)使A泵壓盤緩慢下降，壓盤入桶時(shí)應(yīng)使其與桶口對準(zhǔn)，將壓膠盤排氣口打開，直到壓盤接觸膠面。待壓盤內(nèi)氣體全部排放完并有少量膠從排氣口溢出時(shí)，即可關(guān)閉排氣閥。（提升開關(guān)保持下壓狀態(tài)）
3) Make the pressure plate of pump a drop slowly. When the pressure plate enters the barrel, align it with the barrel opening. Open the exhaust port of the pressure plate until the pressure plate contacts the rubber surface. When the gas in the pressure plate is completely discharged and a small amount of glue overflows from the exhaust port, the exhaust valve can be closed（ Lift switch remains depressed)
4)開機(jī)試打膠：將主泵氣源開關(guān)打開，按下膠槍開關(guān)，直A泵里空氣排凈槍口處出膠連續(xù)時(shí)停止。
4) Start up and test glue: turn on the air source switch of the main pump and press the glue gun switch until the air in pump a is completely discharged and glue is continuously discharged from the muzzle.
用同樣的方法操作B泵。
Operate pump B in the same way.
3、打膠操作：
3. Gluing operation:
1)松開比例杠桿上的比例泵鎖緊螺釘，將比例泵內(nèi)外調(diào)整所需比例。只有當(dāng)A膠和B膠的配比達(dá)到正常值時(shí)，才可進(jìn)行下面的操作。
1) Loosen the locking screw of the proportional pump on the proportional lever and adjust the inside and outside of the proportional pump to the required proportion. Only when the ratio of glue a and glue B reaches the normal value, the following operation can be carried out.
2)置選擇旋鈕于A、B泵開，將膠槍出口對準(zhǔn)兩片玻璃的中縫，打開膠槍開關(guān)，以適當(dāng)速度平穩(wěn)地移動膠槍使玻璃槽內(nèi)的雙組份膠填滿充實(shí)為佳。打膠結(jié)束時(shí)關(guān)閉膠槍。
2) Set the selection knob on pump a and B, align the exit of glue gun with the middle seam of the two pieces of glass, turn on the switch of glue gun, and move the glue gun smoothly at an appropriate speed to fill the two-component glue in the glass tank. Turn off the glue gun at the end of gluing.
4、更換膠桶：
4. Replace the rubber barrel:
1）當(dāng)膠桶內(nèi)的膠用完時(shí)，應(yīng)立即關(guān)閉A、B開關(guān)，停止打膠。
1) When the glue in the barrel is used up, switch a and B should be turned off immediately to stop tapping.
2）打開A（或B）膠泵充氣開關(guān)，選擇A（或B）膠泵提升機(jī)構(gòu)為上升位置，點(diǎn)動旋鈕使壓盤慢慢提起，此時(shí)應(yīng)注意：膠桶盡量不要離開底盤，直壓盤完全脫離膠桶時(shí)關(guān)閉A（或B）膠泵的充氣開關(guān)。
2) Turn on the inflation switch of a (or b) rubber pump, select the lifting mechanism of a (or b) rubber pump as the rising position, and press the knob to lift the pressure plate slowly. At this time, it should be noted that the rubber barrel should not leave the chassis as far as possible, until the pressure plate is completely separated from the rubber barrel, turn off the inflation switch of a (or b) rubber pump.
具體操作：將B泵關(guān)閉，打開B膠回流開關(guān)然后打開膠槍，膠條為白色即可。
Specific operation: turn off the B pump, turn on the B glue return switch, and then turn on the glue gun until the glue strip is white.
