雙組份打膠機操作
Two component gluer operation
1.連接氣源:
1. Connect the air source:
打開電源，調(diào)節(jié)減壓閥0.4~0.6Mpa，檢查系統(tǒng)是否有泄漏。然后試運行以下動作:(1)泵A舉升;(2)泵A充氣;(3) B泵提升;(4) B泵充氣。注:升油缸升起時，若兩缸不同步，請降原點重新操作。

1)作手動閥將A泵升高點。在吊裝過程中，觀察管路是否拉伸過緊。

3)緩慢降低A泵的壓板。壓板放入桶內(nèi)時，應(yīng)與桶口對準(zhǔn)，打開壓膠板的排氣口，直壓膠板接觸橡膠面。當(dāng)壓板內(nèi)的氣體全部排出，少量膠水從排氣口溢出時，可關(guān)閉排氣閥。(升降機開關(guān)仍按下)

4)開機試膠:打開主泵氣源開關(guān)，按下膠槍開關(guān)，待A泵的空氣從槍口排出后停止，繼續(xù)上膠
